Sealtech – Quality and know-how for your individual requirements

Sealtech was founded in 1992 – over 30 years ago! – with the aim of offering the best possible sealing components for demanding manufacturers in the semiconductor industry. The founders themselves – as designers and service professionals – had been very familiar with the challenges of producing O-rings and molded seals that seal as perfectly as possible (e.g. for vacuum applications) for decades.

Building on this professional experience, Sealtech then concentrated on perfectly preparing industrially manufactured components for demanding customers. Sealtech was practically the first supplier in the world to not only offer O-rings and sealing components that were 100% completely tested for surface damages, dimensional accuracy and material defects, but also provided customers with an all-round "service package": procurement from audited and qualified suppliers, comprehensive warehouse management as the basis for the just-in-time supply, quality controls, surface coatings (especially oiling of sealing components), cleaning processes and customer-specific packaging solutions.

Over the years, we have expanded our range of services from O-rings and molded seals to other "related" C-parts (such as metal seals and small parts). Through constant investment – including the construction of clean rooms – we have continually raised the bar for perfect quality. Another milestone was the certification of the entire company according to the EN 9100 standard. This means that Sealtech is not only able to offer safety-relevant components for the aerospace industry. Our customers outside the aerospace industry also benefit from the extensive quality management system according to EN 9100, which goes well beyond the standards of the ISO 9001 standard.

In keeping with the spirit of the founding shareholders, Sealtech is now being run as a family-owned company in the second generation. We still see ourselves as a service provider that processes, cleans and packages industrially manufactured components according to customer specifications. Thanks to constant expansion, we now offer these services not only for the semiconductor industry, but also for the pharmaceutical/medical sector and the aerospace industry.

Our management combines tradition and modern leadership. Thanks to the committed shareholders and a forward-looking board of directors, we ensure the stability and continuous growth of our company. Operational management is in the hands of our experienced CEO, who, with his extensive and varied professional experience, successfully leads the company with great sensitivity to the challenges of our industry and a clear focus on the needs of our customers.

In order to strengthen and advance our company, we are members of the Liechtenstein Chamber of Commerce and Swissmem – the association of the Swiss tech industry.
